This utterly charming dress was designed by Edward Abbott in the 1960s. Beautifully constructed, it is tailored from corded lace and silk chiffon in a soft, dusky pink. It features a fitted lace bodice with 3/4 length sleeves and double layer silk chiffon skirt with a broad pleated waistband. This gown is fully lined with a silk taffeta petticoat and fastens with a zip fastening at the centre reverse. This romantic dress would be a perfect choice for a summer party or wedding.

This dress is in excellent vintage condition. Due to its age, it has no composition or size label so please check our measurements below carefully. We believe this piece would best suit a US size 4, UK size 8, although there is significant give in the hips.
